Here are some helpful hints

  • Please do not include nonstandard characters in file names.
  • Characters such as "/", "@", "%", are some examples of nonstandard characters
  • There should also be no spaces in the beginning of the name.
  • If you need to send multiple files, please place in folder and compress or contact us for direct access to our ftp site.
