Some helpful hints for Microsoft Word 2002 users

We tested this form in a variety of Word formats. Word 2002 automatically shows & prints all comments in the right margin. If you would like to turn this feature off, please do the following.

1. On the Menu bar, click "TOOLS", then "OPTIONS"
2. In the dialog box that comes up, click on the "TRACK CHANGES" tab
3. In the "BALLOONS" section, uncheck the "USE BALLOONS IN PRINT & WEB LAYOUT"
4. Click "OK"

Comments now will only show when you float your mouse cursor over the colored areas of text.
